Frequently Asked Questions
How long does it take to see results?

Results are generated in 30 to 45 days from the day the dispute process begins. Most of our clients start to see positive results within the first 45 days, but remember that every case is unique. Our goal is to obtain desired results in a minimum period of time.

How much does it cost? Are there any hidden fees?

The flat fee for our service is based on case by case analysis, ranging from $ 295.00 and up.
That will vary on services needed and the severity of the credit profile in question, but to emphasize: There are no hidden fees. The fee you are quoted is the only fee you will have to pay.

Can I restore my credit if I have a Bankruptcy that has not been discharged or dismissed?

No! Once your Bankruptcy is discharged or dismissed, you can start thinking about re-establishing your credit again. However in some instances by scrutinizing such bankruptcy in details we might be able to find errors or discrepancies that allows removing certain derogatory items.

Can I restore my credit if I’m enrolled with a Consumer Credit Counseling Service or Debt Consolidation program?

No! This looks worst than a Bankruptcy on your credit report. Typically during this process your credit history is virtually frozen. Once you finish that program, you can start thinking about your credit again. Just paying off your debt will not restore your credit history. We can help you with useful techniques to overcome this situation.

Requesting my credit reports from the three Credit Bureaus may hurt my credit?

Unlike the inquiries generated by lenders, which may have a negative effect on the score, the FICO scoring system does not penalize consumers for obtaining or reviewing their personal credit reports.

What is a charge-off?

A charge-off is a term used by creditors to describe an account that has been unpaid for 180 days or more. Then such account has reached charged off status, the debt is usually assigned to a debt collector agency.

If I pay all my debt collections and/or charged-off account, will the negative information be removed from my credit report?

No. By paying a charged off or collection account, your credit report will reflect the status of paid charge off or paid collection, and will remain for a period of 7 years from the date of first delinquency. Our settlement alternatives, in most cases, allow for the credit reports to reflect “paid as agree”. During settlements is your responsibility to take action to make sure these paid accounts will reflect a positive impact in your credit history.

It is legal hiring a private company to restore my credit?

Absolutely! It is because it is legal that we are able to do what we do, for we use the laws that protect you, the consumer, and that regulate the credit bureaus and the companies that furnish information to them to accomplish our work. You are given certain rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Fair Billing Act, HIPPA and other laws, and we offer our experience, expertise and services to help you assert these rights.

The Credit bureaus would like to have you think otherwise, but the truth is that the Congress, when enacting the Credit Repair Organization Act, stated that consumers have a "right to seek help from Credit Repair Organizations".

Do you offer any warranty in your service?

Our service is guaranteed. We are confident that you will be pleased with our services, our contract service clearly states that if you credit report has not been improved within the first 120 days of the initial process, you are entitle to a 100% money back. No questions Asked.

Can I restore my own credit?

Yes, you can. You can also represent yourself in a court of law but that doesn't mean it is necessarily a very good idea. We offer experience, knowledge, time and professional help at very affordable rates for your convenience and benefit. It isn't a coincidence that the Federal Trade Commission receives more complaints against credit bureaus than any other type of business. Remember, the credit bureaus are primarily interested in protecting their profits. Investigating your challenge consumes these profits.

The credit bureaus will do everything in their power to discourage consumers from making progress with their credit restoration. Restoring your own credit is like repairing your own transmission or representing yourself in court: it is possible, but you must decide if you are willing to take the time and assume the risks of doing it yourself.
